424 Fair Employment (Specification of Public Authorities) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998
This Order amends the 1989 Order of the same name which specifies a number of persons or bodies as public authorities for certain purposes under the Fair Employment (Northern Ireland) Act 1989 and provides for persons who are to be treated for such purposes as employees of some of these authorities (see Schedules).

This Order prescribes the format and content of a questionnaire which can be used by persons who believe they may have been discriminated against by an employer for a reason connected with disability.

When replies to the job advertisement have been received, it is appropriate to:
• match applications against the job description and person specification;
• eliminate applicants who do not have the basic requirements for the job; and
• draw up a shortlist of candidates for interview.
