Supporting Mental Health in the Workplace

Seminar

Description - In-Person Event

It has never been more important to have strategies, tools and initiatives in place to promote good mental wellbeing at work.  Embedding these within your organisation will set you apart as an employer of choice.

Exemplar employers want to look after their employees, and take care of both their physical and mental health.  Employees with good mental health are more likely to perform well, have good attendance levels and be engaged at work.

Taking simple, practical steps to better support the mental health and wellbeing of employees can help control the frequency, severity and duration of ill health.

Who should attend?

The seminar will be relevant to anyone who is interested in finding out more about supporting and managing mental health in the workplace.  This includes human resource practitioners, trade union representatives, line managers, supervisors, team leaders, employee representatives or employers.
