This Order brings into operation, as of 17/6/01, the Code of Practice on Access to workers during Recognition and Derecognition Ballots which is admissible in evidence in any proceedings before a Court, Industrial Tribunal, Industrial Court and these bodies will be able to take into account any part of the Code that is deemed relevant.

The Labour Relations Agency provides an Early Conciliation service following a change in NI employment law which took effect on 27 January 2020. Video Guide to the Employment Tribunal Process
Law Centre NI has launched a new video guide to the Employment Tribunal process, which will help people to understand what they should expect when submitting a claim to the Tribunal.
Available in English, Hungarian, Lithuanian and Polish, the Guide is split into two chapters so that people can learn about the steps that they will go through before a Hearing takes place, as well as what happens on the day of the Hearing.
