It is important to ensure there are fair processes in place to deal with problems and that organisations adopt a best practice approach. We run free training seminars and briefings and have guides, template policies and flowcharts to help. 504 Fair Employment (Specification of Public Authorities) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1997
This Order further amends the 1989 Order of the same name which specifies a number of persons or bodies as public authorities for certain purposes and provides for persons who are to be treated for such purposes as the employees of some of those authorities.
No.100 The Fair Employment Tribunal (Remedies) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2007
This order amends the 1995 Order of the same name by clarifying that awards calculated by the Tribunal on which interest is calculated does not include an award in respect of costs, allowances of preparation time. The Order also stipulates the Tribunals’ power to deal with complaints of harassment in this context.
