Managing Performance

Managing employee performance is a continuous process and supports employee contribution to organisational aims and objectives.  This session provides practical guidance on how organisations can do this well.  We will look at how you can take a preventative approach from the outset.  Attendees will also learn how to recognise and deal with unsatisfactory performance when it arises.

  • Identify the causes of unsatisfactory performance.
  • Explain how best to deal with unsatisfactory performance.
