Arms-Length Body (ALB) Review of the Labour Relations Agency (LRA)
In April 2023 the Department for the Economy (DfE) engaged Business Consultancy Services (BCS) to complete a review of the Labour Relations Agency (LRA). The review was conducted in line with Cabinet Office guidance, namely Tailored Reviews: Guidance on Reviews of Public Bodies (May 2019) and Guidance on the undertaking of Reviews of Public Bodies (December 2022).

No. 68 The Local Government Reorganisation (Compensation for Loss of Employment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015
These Regulations come into operation on 1/4/15 and the purpose of the Regulations is to provide new councils with the mechanism in which to compensate those persons who suffer loss of employment due to local government reorganisation.

No 65 The Statutory Sick Pay (Maintenance of Records)(Revocation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014
These Regulations come into effect from 6/4/14 and effectively they revoke Regulation 13 of the old 1982 Regulations regarding the keeping of records concerning the payment of Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) to be retained by employers.
