424 Fair Employment (Specification of Public Authorities) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998
This Order amends the 1989 Order of the same name which specifies a number of persons or bodies as public authorities for certain purposes under the Fair Employment (Northern Ireland) Act 1989 and provides for persons who are to be treated for such purposes as employees of some of these authorities (see Schedules).
The Parental Bereavement Leave (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023
The Regulations revoke and re-enact the provisions of the Parental Bereavement Leave Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023. These Regulations provide for a statutory entitlement for bereaved parents who are employees to take up to two weeks’ leave from their job called parental bereavement leave in the 56 weeks following the death of a child.

This Order amends the 2004 Order of the same name by specifying a number of persons or bodies as public authorities for certain purposes under part VII of the Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 and provides for persons who are to be treated as employees of these authorities. The Order came into effect on 1/1/07.
No 224 The Trade Union Ballot and Elections ( Independent Scrutineer Qualifications) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2017
These Rules come into operation on 17/12/17 and relate to Articles 15, 49, 77 and 106 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1995 which requires certain ballots and elections that trade unions are required to hold by statute to be supervised by a qualified independent person, known as a “scrutineer”, appointed by the trade union.

419 The Disability Discrimination (Employment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996
These Regulations provide for circumstances whereupon treatment of a disabled employee or failure to make a reasonable adjustment is justified: where pay is linked to performance, where there are uniform rates of contribution to an occupational pension scheme regardless of benefits received, where building works complied with (and continue to comply with) the building regulations in relations to disabled access and facilities.

No. 298 The Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (Adoption from Overseas) (Northern Ireland) 2010
The Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (Adoptions from Overseas) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010, the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (Application of Article 112BB to Adoptions from Overseas) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 and the Additional Paternity Leave (Adoptions from Overseas) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 apply the entitlement to Additional Paternity Leave and Pay (with necessary modifications) to eligible parents who are adopting a child from overseas.
