What we do
The Labour Relations Agency provides free, impartial and confidential services to employers, employer bodies, employees and workers in Northern Ireland, as well as Trade Unions, HR and legal professionals.
Interviews
When replies to the job advertisement have been received, it is appropriate to:

• eliminate applicants who do not have the basic requirements for the job; and
• draw up a shortlist of candidates for interview.
