Labour Relations Agency Arbitration Scheme - Guide to the Scheme

The Agency was given the power to introduce the Scheme by the Industrial Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, as amended, and the Fair Employment and Treatment (Northern Ireland) Order 1998.
