No 725 The Statutory Maternity Pay (Compensation of Employers) Amendment Regulations 2011
This Statutory Instrument has application to Northern Ireland and came into operation on 6/4/11.
No 85 The Employers Liability (Compulsory Insurance) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009
These Regulations (from 1/4/09) amend the 1999 Regulations of the same name and detail things such as amendments and additions to the list of bodies exempted under the Regulations.
No 55 The Social Security (Medical Evidence) and Statutory Sick Pay (Medical Evidence) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010
These Regulations amend the 1976 and 1985 Regulations relating to the new rules on doctors’ statement as it relates to employee sickness and claims of relevant health related social security benefits from 6/4/10.

No. 138 The Code of Practice (Time Off for Trade Union Duties and Activities) (Appointed Day) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012
This Order appoints 19th April 2012 as the day upon which the Code of Practice on Time Off for Trade Union Duties and Activities, which is being issued by the Labour Relations Agency (LRA) under Article 90(5) of the Industrial Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1992, will come into effect.

Under Article 54A of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995, the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland may prepare and issue codes of practice giving practical guidance: to - employers, service providers; to - promote equality of opportunity, encourage good practice in the field of employment and in access to goods, facilities services and premises.
