These Regulations amend the 1999 Regulations as of 1/10/09. The regulations amend the NMW rates which now stand at - £5.80 for the principal rate (22 years old +), £4.83 for the 18-21 yr old rate and £3.57 for those who are between compulsory school leaving age and 18.
The National Minimum Wage (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2020
The purpose of these regulations is to reduce burdens on businesses employing salaried staff (those paid an annual salary in equal instalments) from complying with the NMW rules, without removing protections or benefits for workers.
No 1894 The National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999 (Amendment) Regulations 2008
These Regulations amend the 1999 Regulations by making some technical changes to wording but also changes the principal rates (commencing in October 2008) from £5.52 up to £5.73, (18-21 yr old rate) – will increase from £4.60 to £4.77, and those below 18 will see the rate increase from £3.40 to £3.53. Other changes in the Regulations relate to how a worker qualifies for NMW when on certain government schemes, the position regarding work trials, applicable accommodation values (£4.46) and so on.
372 National Minimum Wage (Employment Dismissal Procedures Agreement) (Repeal) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998
This Order repeals Section 26(5) of the 1998 Act and the provision of that Act which authorised that repeal. (Dismissal Procedure Agreements).

The Parental Bereavement Leave and Pay (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023
These Regulations revoke and re-enact the provisions of the Parental Bereavement Leave and Pay (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023. These Regulations make amendments to secondary legislation which make provision for entitlements to bereavement leave and pay for parents following the death of a child. More here:
