No 237 The Industrial Court (Membership) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011
These Regulations, which come into operation on 31/7/11, specify the arrangements in relation to the appointment of members of the Court and their terms of appointment.
386 Working Time Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1998
The Regulations implement a European Directive relevant to working time which cover an array of matters including the following: maximum average weekly working time, average normal hours of night workers, health assessments for night workers, rest breaks, records, weekly rest, paid annual leave, exemptions, right to take a claim to Industrial Tribunals and so on.
No 94 The Statutory Shared Parental Pay (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015
These Regulations come into operation on 15/3/15 and set out the qualifying requirements that must be satisfied by an employee, and also by their partner, for the employee to qualify for statutory shared parental pay.
No 92 The Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Adoption Pay (Parental Orders and Prospective Adopters) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015
These Regulations modify and amend the Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Adoption Pay (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002 (“the 2002 Pay Regulations”) so that those regulations extend coverage to groups of people.
No 99 The Statutory Shared Parental Pay (Adoptions from Overseas) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015
These Regulations are part of a group of Statutory Rules which, taken collectively, have the purpose of enabling eligible working parents to share leave and pay entitlement in respect of children due to be born, or placed for adoption, on or after 5th April 2015.

These Regulations (from 1/4/09) amend the 1999 Regulations of the same name and detail things such as amendments and additions to the list of bodies exempted under the Regulations.
