This seminar provides practical guidance on how organisations can do this. Participants will also receive direction on how to recognise and deal with unsatisfactory performance when it arises.
The seminar will last for 2.5 hours.
Calculating holiday entitlement
A worker is entitled to 5.6 weeks paid annual leave per year. This entitlement starts on the day the employee begins employment.
