No 102 The Statutory Shared Parental Pay (Parental Order Cases) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015
These Regulations, as of 15/3/15, modify the Statutory Shared Parental Pay (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 in cases where a person has applied with another person for a parental order under section 54 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 2008. Under that section a court may make an order providing for a child of a surrogate mother to be treated as the child of the applicants for the order if certain conditions are satisfied.

Warnings in the workplace should be part of a disciplinary process and they should be designed to allow employees to change a particular behaviour within a given timeframe. No 897 The Statutory Sick Pay Percentage Threshold (Revocation, Transitional and Savings Provisions ) (Great Britain and Northern Ireland) Order 2014
This Order comes into operation on 6/4/14 by effectively abolishing the Percentage Threshold Scheme (PTS) which allowed employers to claim reimbursement of their costs when the amount of Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) paid exceeded 13% of their National Insurance contribution liability to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
