The Parental Bereavement Leave and Pay (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) (No. 2) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023
These Regulations revoke and re-enact the provisions of the Parental Bereavement Leave and Pay (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023. These Regulations make amendments to secondary legislation which make provision for entitlements to bereavement leave and pay for parents following the death of a child. More here:

These Regulations relate to the “posting” of workers in terms of equality of treatment between men and women and other provisions on non-discrimination are extended to said postal workers. (Workers who, for a limited period, carry out work in another Member State).

The Labour Relations Agency provides an Early Conciliation service following a change in NI employment law which took effect on 27 January 2020. This service helps to resolve workplace disputes in a legally binding way, without the need to take a case to the Industrial or Fair Employment Tribunal. 604 Employment Protection (Continuity of Employment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1996
These Regulations, as of 2nd February 1997, revoke and replace the Industrial Relations (Continuity of Employment) Regulations of 1994 and relate to maintenance of continuity of employment where a dismissed employee is reinstated or re-engaged in certain circumstances.
