This Order brings into operation, as of 17/6/01, the Code of Practice on Access to workers during Recognition and Derecognition Ballots which is admissible in evidence in any proceedings before a Court, Industrial Tribunal, Industrial Court and these bodies will be able to take into account any part of the Code that is deemed relevant.
No 146 The Shared Parental Leave and Statutory Shared Parental Pay (Consequential Amendments to Subordinate Legislation) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015
This Order makes consequential amendments arising from Part 2 of the Work and Families Act (Northern Ireland) 2015. Part 2 makes provision for new entitlements to shared parental leave and statutory shared parental pay and abolishes additional paternity leave and additional statutory paternity pay.

We reserve the right to delete posts or comments from our social media channels without warning if we believe they:
- are defamatory or libellous;
- breach Data Protection Regulations;
- use obscene or foul language;
- are distasteful, offensive or antagonistic;
- are political or electioneering in nature; or
- are advertising or promotional in nature without the prior agreement of the Labour Relations Agency.
Any persistent offenders may be blocked without prior notice.
The Labour Relations Agency's decision is final.
No 90 The Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (Application of Parts 12ZA, 12ZB and 12ZC to Parental Order Cases) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015
These Regulations modify requirements in the 1992 Act to provide that an employee who has a baby with the help of a surrogate and is a parental order parent may be entitled to statutory adoption pay, statutory paternity pay or statutory shared parental pay if they meet the eligibility requirements.
