The Labour Relations Agency provides an Early Conciliation service following a change in NI employment law which took effect on 27 January 2020. This service helps to resolve workplace disputes in a legally binding way, without the need to take a case to the Industrial or Fair Employment Tribunal. No 221 The Flexible Working (Eligibility, Complaints and Remedies) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010
These Regulations come into operation on 18/7/10 and amend the original 2003 Regulations by extending the scope of the right to request a contract variation to employees who have caring responsibilities for children under the age of 17.
