No 89 The Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Adoption Pay (General) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015
The purpose of these Regulations, which come into operation on 15/3/15, is to align the notification period for statutory paternity pay (SPP) (birth and adoption) with the notification period for statutory paternity leave (SPL) (birth and adoption); to align the provisions for varying the choice of when a period of SPP (birth and adoption) will begin with those for SPL (birth and adoption); to align the time for providing information and evidence regarding entitlement to SPP (birth and adoption) with that for providing notice; and to provide that if it is not reasonably practicable to meet the relevant deadline then it must be met as soon as is reasonably practicable.
280 (13) The Disability Discrimination Act 1995 (Commencement No. 3 and Saving and Transitional Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1996
This Order stipulates 11th July 1996 as the day in which further components of the 1995 Act come into operation of a Code of Practice relating to help for persons suffering discrimination, and on 2nd December 1996 provides for: discrimination against applicants and employees, meaning of discrimination, duty of employer to make adjustments, small business exemption, enforcement, remedies, discriminatory adverts, discrimination against contract workers, discrimination by trade organisations (as defined), alterations to premises under lease, discrimination in relation to goods, facilities and services, small dwelling exemptions, victimisation, aiding unlawful acts, liability of employers and so on.
No. 571 (C. 39) The Employment Relations (2004 Order) (Commencement No.4 and Transitional Provisions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2005
This is the final implementation order for the Employment Relations (NI) Order 2004 and essentially it brings into effect, as of 8/1/06 the remaining matters not implemented by the previous three commencement orders.

No. 441 The Labour Relations Agency (Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures) (Jurisdictions) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011
This Order comes into operation on 1/1/12 and essentially provides for complaints under Regulation 51 of the Companies (Cross-Border Mergers) Regulations 2007 to be covered as a jurisdiction to which the new Labour Relations Agency Code of Practice on Discipline and Grievance will apply.
No 494 The Transfer of Undertakings and Service Provision Change (Protection of Employment) (Consequential Amendments etc) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2007
These Regulations, as of 30/12/07, make amendments to the 2006 TUPE Regulations and the 2006 Service Provision Change Regulations (NI only) purely in terms of references to the above Regulations which exist in other Orders in Council and Regulations, for example, the ICE (NI) Regulations 2005 and the Pensions (NI) Order 2005.
No. 208 Code of Practice (Access to Workers during Recognition and De-recognition Ballots) (Appointed day) Order (Northern Ireland) 2001
This Order brings into operation, as of 17/6/01, the Code of Practice on Access to workers during Recognition and Derecognition Ballots which is admissible in evidence in any proceedings before a Court, Industrial Tribunal, Industrial Court and these bodies will be able to take into account any part of the Code that is deemed relevant.

No 897 The Statutory Sick Pay Percentage Threshold (Revocation, Transitional and Savings Provisions ) (Great Britain and Northern Ireland) Order 2014
This Order comes into operation on 6/4/14 by effectively abolishing the Percentage Threshold Scheme (PTS) which allowed employers to claim reimbursement of their costs when the amount of Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) paid exceeded 13% of their National Insurance contribution liability to Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC).
404 The Disability Discrimination Code of Practice (Duties of Trade Organisations to their disabled members and applicants) (Appointed Day) Order (Northern Ireland) 1999
The appointed day for the commencement of this Code is 1/10/99 and as such enacts sections 13-15 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1995.
