Flexible Working - The Law and Good Practice - A Guide for Employers
This publication is divided into three main parts:
Advice on Handling Discipline and Grievances at Work
This guide is purely advisory. It complements the Agency’s Code by giving more practical advice and guidance that employers and employees and their representatives will often find helpful both in general terms and in respect of individual cases.
Domestic Violence and Abuse Podcast
This is the second podcast in our Challenging Workplaces series. Our Employment Relations Manager, Helen Smyth, and Clare Moore of NIC ICTU join host Glenn Baker to talk about Domestic Violence and Abuse, the importance of seeing it as a workplace issue, and how employers can best support any employees who are experiencing it.
Respectful Conversations Podcast and Guide
Our 'Respectful Conversations' podcast has been produced in partnership with Diversity Mark to support employers who want to encourage respectful conversations at work.
This is the third podcast in our Challenging Workplaces series.
Four Day Working Week Podcast
In the fourth podcast in the "Challenging Workplaces" series, we discuss the four day week, and whether it might be time to reassess the traditional Monday to Friday working pattern in the modern workplace.
