The Statutory Sick Pay (General) (Coronavirus Amendment) (No. 4) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2020
These Regulations amend the Schedule to the Statutory Sick Pay (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1982 (“the 1982 Regulations”). Regulation 2 of the 1982 Regulations provides that a person who is self-isolating in accordance with the Schedule is deemed to be incapable of work.

No 89 The Statutory Paternity Pay and Statutory Adoption Pay (General) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015
The purpose of these Regulations, which come into operation on 15/3/15, is to align the notification period for statutory paternity pay (SPP) (birth and adoption) with the notification period for statutory paternity leave (SPL) (birth and adoption); to align the provisions for varying the choice of when a period of SPP (birth and adoption) will begin with those for SPL (birth and adoption); to align the time for providing information and evidence regarding entitlement to SPP (birth and adoption) with that for providing notice; and to provide that if it is not reasonably practicable to meet the relevant deadline then it must be met as soon as is reasonably practicable.
No 100 The Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 (Application of Articles 107A, 107B, 107G, 107I, 112A and 112B to Parental Order Cases) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015
These Regulations come into operation on 15/3/15 and they apply to and modify existing powers in the 1996 Employment Rights (NI) Order to allow the making of regulations to give an employee who meets the eligibility criteria entitlement to statutory adoption leave, paternity leave and shared parental leave if that employee has a child born with the help of a surrogate and the employee is a parental order parent.
