Issues and problems can arise in any workplace. If not resolved they can cause lasting damage to individuals, to the business and to relationships. It is important to ensure there are fair processes in place to deal with problems and that organisations adopt a best practice approach. We run free training seminars and briefings and have guides, template policies and flowcharts to help. Wellness Action Plan
This template is designed to be completed by the employee and discussed with their line manager to ensure the employee is supported appropriately and sensitively during periods of mental ill health. Once completed it should remain a confidential document and the information should not be disclosed to other parties without the express consent of the person concerned.
