No.377 Paternity and Adoption leave Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2002
These Regulations relate to rights regarding paternity and adoption leave derived from the Employment (NI) Order 2002 and include qualification for right, taking paternity leave, 1 or 2 consecutive weeks, 56 day window, notification, terms and conditions of employment during leave, right of return, ordinary and additional adoption leave, one person entitlement re: adoption leave, provisions regarding adoption leave etc which largely reflect those relating to paternity.

No 1894 The National Minimum Wage Regulations 1999 (Amendment) Regulations 2008
These Regulations amend the 1999 Regulations by making some technical changes to wording but also changes the principal rates (commencing in October 2008) from £5.52 up to £5.73, (18-21 yr old rate) – will increase from £4.60 to £4.77, and those below 18 will see the rate increase from £3.40 to £3.53. Other changes in the Regulations relate to how a worker qualifies for NMW when on certain government schemes, the position regarding work trials, applicable accommodation values (£4.46) and so on.
No 93 The Shared Parental Leave Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015
These Regulations come into operation on 15/3/15 and by way of summary the Shared Parental Leave Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 (“the Leave Regulations”), in association with the Statutory Shared Parental Pay (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 (“the Pay Regulations”) provide an entitlement for a mother/adopter and a child’s father/adoptive parent or a mother’s or adopter’s partner to take shared parental leave and pay.

These Regulations, operational from 14/8/11, amend the Additional Statutory Paternity Pay (General) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2010 (“the Principal Regulations”) to correct a drafting error in regulation 14 of those Regulations.
