No 105 The Flexible Working Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015
These Regulations deal with eligibility, applications, breaches of procedure and compensation in relation to statutory applications for contract variation to allow flexible working under the Employment Rights (Northern Ireland) Order 1996 - (See Article 112f)
Redundancy
When employers wish to make employees redundant they must follow a clear and fair process. The Labour Relations Agency has a redundancy flowchart which can help employers and employees in this situation.
Maternity Leave
The law sets out the legal minimum leave entitlements for mothers.
Agreements between employers and employees may provide for better arrangements than the statutory minimum.
Public holidays and bank holidays
Employees are not automatically entitled to paid time off for bank and public holidays.

Holidays and final pay
Employers must pay their employees for statutory holidays (contractual holidays may differ) that have been built up but not taken at the time they leave their employment.
