These Regulations amend the existing Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) rules to provide that a person who is isolating him/herself from others in accordance with advice on Coronavirus disease is deemed to be incapable of work.
Amendments to the working time regulations have been made to allow workers in Northern Ireland unable to take holiday leave as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak to carry over their annual leave to the next two leave years. The changes can be viewed here

These Regulations amend the similarly named principal Regulations of 1994 by increasing the percentage amount that small employers can recover (in terms of additional amounts), i.e. 5.5% from 6 April 1996.
