This Early Conciliation notification form can be printed and filled in by hand. Then it can be posted to our Head office in Belfast (see address below). Please note that due to the COVID-19 risk we have had to close our Belfast and Derry/Londonderry offices to customers, so regrettably Early Conciliation forms cannot be picked up from us or hand delivered back to us for the time being. However, we are still taking notifications online or by phone on 03300 55 22 24, which might be more convenient for our customers given the current restrictions on movement.
One of our Conciliation Officers will then be in touch, usually within five working days. If you have already submitted a form but have not yet heard from one of our Conciliation Officers, it may be the case that postal delays have slowed delivery to us. To avoid problems with time limits for making a notification, please telephone our Early Conciliation notification number where you can make your notification by telephone.
