The third year of our Certificate In Line Management Practice will be delivered online. Participants will be required to commit 2 hours each week for the webinar and live discussion and apply their learning through a case study assessment. Modules will include: Managing Attendance; Managing Performance; and Discipline and Grievance. The programme will also incorporate guidance on dealing with the challenges for line managers caused by Covid-19.
