No.286 The Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide (2007 Act) (Commencement) Order (Northern Ireland) 2012
This Order brings into force on 3rd September 2012 section 2(1)(d) of the Corporate Manslaughter and Corporate Homicide Act 2007.

Section 2 of that Act defines “relevant duty of care” for the purposes of the Act, and subsection (1)(d) states that a duty owed to a person in custody etc is to be such a relevant duty. This Order completes the bringing into force of that Act.
