287 Code of Practice (Redundancy Consultation and Procedures) (Appointed Day) Order (Northern Ireland) 1998
This Order stipulates 1st October 1998 as the date thereupon the Code comes into effect.

The Code is issued by the Labour Relations Agency under Article 90 of the Industrial Relations (Northern Ireland) Order 1992. (The Code revises and replaces the earlier Code (1993)). The Code can be admitted into Industrial Court or Industrial Tribunal proceedings if it is relevant to any question arising.
