Pet Connection

We approached the LRA after an employee initiated a tribunal hearing and we realised that there were a lot of problems with our employment documents.  LRA were recommended to us by our solicitor.  We were vaguely aware of the LRA’s services but we didn't realise how extensive they were and how co-operative the LRA is with employers.

We wanted the Agency to review our employment policies and contracts and amend accordingly.

The Agency painstakingly reviewed our documents, which were extensive and amended several of them.

The Agency’s services helped by making several amendments to our employment policies.  Knowing that our policies are now correct and fair gives us a lot more confidence about how to deal with employment issues, as and when raised by staff.

We would absolutely use the Agency again!  Fantastic service! We were really impressed with the LRA and how approachable they are. Well done - there aren't many Government agencies we would say this about!
