New limit on "a week's pay" for redundancy calculations
It was announced in the Budget that the maximum deemed week's pay in relation to statutory redundancy payments will rise from £350 to £380 with effect from 1 October 2009. We will confirm arrangements in Northern Ireland at a later date.
