The ICE Regulations cometh, again!

On 6th April 2008 phase 3 of the Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2005 comes into effect. This means that if your organisation has 50 or more employees then you may be covered by the above Regulations and employees may be able to make a request to the employer to negotiate an information and consultation agreement.

To assist both employers and employees regarding enquiries or facilitation assistance on how the Information and Consultation of Employees Regulations affects them, the Labour Relations Agency offers: free information and advice, free attendance at information seminars and assistance in formulating information and consultation agreements.
