The Agency Workers Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 – DEL publish Legislation and Guidance

The Agency Workers Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011 (S.R. 2011 No. 350) were made by the Department for Employment and Learning on 5 October 2011 and will come into operation on 5 December 2011.
