The Agency Worker Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2011
On 5th December 2011 the Agency Worker Regulations (Northern Ireland) come into operation and the Labour Relations Agency will be holding a series of awareness seminars in the run up to the implementation of the Regulations.
The seminars are designed to address the core issues associated with the Regulations, for example, the rights and responsibilities of - the temporary work agency, the agency worker and the client end user as well as rights for agency workers from day one and rights after twelve weeks.
The seminars are free of charge and open to anyone with an interest in the Agency Workers Regulations and they will be held on October 21st, 25th, 28th (10am-12pm) in the Labour Relations Agency Head Office 2-16 Gordon Street, Belfast
