Agency Worker Regulations (Northern Ireland) - additional seminar date
On 5th December 2011 the Agency Worker Regulations (Northern Ireland) come into operation and the Labour Relations Agency is holding a series of awareness seminars in the run up to the implementation of the Regulations. The seminar is designed to address the core issues associated with the Regulations, for example, the rights and responsibilities of - the temporary work agency, the agency worker and the client end user as well as rights for agency workers from day one and rights after twelve weeks.
