The Agency publishes an extensive series of Advisory Guides and Information Notes giving practical guidance and advice on a wide range of employment matters and employment legislation.
In addition, as part of the process of promoting good employment relations, the Agency provides Codes of Practice containing practical guidance for employers, employees and trade unions on employment relations and employment matters.

Information can be made available in large print or on audio tape for people with impaired sight. Additional assistance for those with special needs (e.g. hearing or learning disabilities) can be arranged by the Agency on request.
