The Agency publishes an extensive series of Advisory Guides and Information Notes giving practical guidance and advice on a wide range of employment matters and employment legislation.
In addition as part of the process of promoting good employment relations the Agency provides, following public consultation and with the approval of the Department for Employment and Learning, Codes of Practice containing practical guidance for employers, workers and trade unions on employment relations and employment matters. Copies of all publications can be downloaded from the Agency’s website click on publications.
Information can be made available in large print or on audio tape for people with impaired sight. Additional assistance for those with special needs (for example, hearing or learning disabilities) can be arranged by the Agency on request.
