The course supplied (free!) by the LRA equips every employer with the knowledge they require regarding employing people as well as building a firm foundation on which to grow a business. On two occasions (with two separate projects) I have found the advice and expertise of the Agency to be objective and fair and it has held me in good stead in keeping within the law and boosting team morale whilst increasing sales. Attending the workshop is both informative and morale boosting and is a definite pre-requisite for anyone considering opening a 'people based' business or revisiting areas they did not focus on before opening or, with success, they didn't think they needed!
The LRA is an excellent resource, served by a proactive team with a wealth of experience that aims to educate and inform rather than be the 'troubleshooters'. A must for any new business or anyone in business with people!”
