Advice
The Agency provides advice on a wide range of employment related matters with the purpose of preventing disputes occurring or escalating. Requests for advice may be made by telephone or in person by a pre-arranged appointment. It is often the first point of contact between the Agency and the client and can be an important diagnostic point for identifying circumstances, or clients, who would benefit from other Agency services.
