Dispute Resolution Review (DEL Consultation)
The Department for Employment and Learning has just launched its consultation document on a range of proposals for changing systems for resolving employment disputes. The consultation seeks views on preventative measures, the future of statutory procedures for resolving disputes, better use of Alternative Dispute Resolution techniques and the possible changes to Industrial Tribunals.
The consultation period runs from 28th May 2009 until 4th September 2009
